🔄 Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • Return within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Tags, invoice, and authenticity card must be intact

Note: Custom orders and international purchases are not eligible for return.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed and credited within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

🚚 Return Procedure

  1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason
  2. We’ll arrange reverse pickup (if available in your area)
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and hand it over

❌ Exceptions

  • Used, broken, or damaged items due to mishandling are non-returnable
  • Sale items may not be eligible for returns

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a free replacement and exchange which will be delivered in 7-10 days or full refund.
